Transit Wobbles: Once your order leaves our kitchen and is handed to the courier, it’s officially out of our hands. We can’t take responsibility for any bumps, squishes, or damage along the way (though we do pack with love!). If something happens, please chat directly with the courier when your parcel arrives.

Your Details Matter: Please double check your delivery info before confirming your order. If something’s wrong and your parcel gets delayed or goes on an unexpected adventure, we can’t be held responsible.

Receiving Your Goodies: If no one is around to collect your order when it arrives, the courier may reschedule or delay delivery. Best bet? Make sure someone’s available to welcome those cookies home.

Courier Timelines: We don’t control courier schedules (wish we did 👀). Once you get the “your order has shipped” email, expect delivery within 3–5 business days.
