Each cookie is made by hand with love & care, not only do they look pretty, these butter sugar cookies taste delicious! Availability is limited and subject to demand.
  • All our cookies come individually wrapped and stay fresh for 8+ weeks, and to be kept in a dry cool place (room temperature)
  • Gluten Free & Vegan cookie options are available at an extra cost.
  • Cookie prices vary depending on size and design.
  • Please note designs are not a direct copy and inspiration will be used from the images provided.
  • There is a minimum of 12 cookies to order, no maximum amount.
Payment secures your order, all invoices are valid for 72 hours.
Collections in Plumstead Cape Town, Nationwide Courier flat rate of R120.
  • Basic Mini Cookies: R15 - R18 each (1-2 colour's)
  • Detailed Mini Cookies: R20 - R25 each
  • Simple Standard Cookies: R25 - R28 each (1-2 colour's minimal detail)
  • Semi Detailed & Character Cookies R28 - R35 each
  • Disney Characters/Highly Detailed Cookies: R35-R50 each
  • Cookie Toppers can be ordered with a set of cookies - Collections only

    Credits for rescheduled orders must be used within six months. If there is no further interest in ordering, 50% of prepayment is forfeited. I understand there are many things that come up in your day-to-day life.

    While I am sympathetic to those changes, I cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations.

    In an event that a customer is not satisfied with the order, the uneaten cookies must be returned in their original condition to assess their condition. Thereafter, 50% of the total paid will be reimbursed (50% will act as a retainer to cover cost and time spent).

    If I must cancel an order due to an emergency on my part making me unable to fulfil it, a full refund will be issued. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    Roxy’s Sugar Box is not responsible for improper storing or handling once an order is collected. Do not refrigerate cookies, store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

    Please note, baked goods contain allergens including gluten, cows milk and eggs. Allergen free variations are available upon request and will be quoted accordingly.

    Request for such variations must be specifically stated.
