Hey, I’m Roxy! Behind every cookie I bake, there’s a mom, a dreamer, and a believer in the little joys of life. My journey started in the travel industry where I spent over 15 amazing years connecting with people and exploring the world. But just before Covid, life threw me a curveball, and I had to pivot.

How do I place an order?

All orders can be placed directly through our website. Just choose your cookie box, select your flavours, and head to checkout. Easy as that.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are baked fresh to order. They’ll stay soft and delicious for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.

Shipping & Delivery

We bake cookies fresh to order, so please allow 1 to 3 business days for dispatch. We ship Monday to Thursday only. If your order sneaks in after 8am Thursday, it’ll be baked and shipped the following Monday. Delivery takes 1 to7 business days, depending on your courier and where you’re hiding out 😉. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

How are the cookies packaged?

Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness and packed in sturdy branded boxes, making them perfect for gifts (or for keeping all to yourself we don’t judge).

What about allergies?

Our cookies contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and soy. Some flavours also contain nuts or traces of nuts. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free kitchen.

Can I customize my cookie box?

Yes! You can build your own 6-cookie box from our OG flavours or shop our monthly Cookie Drop for limited editions.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

We sure do. For events, parties, or corporate gifting, drop us an email at sales@roxyssugarbox.co.za and we’ll create something sweet for you.

When should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 3 to 5 days in advance. For busy seasons (like Christmas), earlier is always better to secure your spot.

Do you accept returns?

Because our cookies are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
